Accrete Construction employs roughly 50 people. Our office staff works out of our headquarters in Puyallup. Our field staff works at project sites primarily along the I-5 corridor between Chehalis and Seattle.

At Accrete Construction, we self-perform many trades. We value employees with trade skills, a high level of integrity, and a wide range of construction experience. Most of our employees are very well-rounded, have variety in the work they do each day, and have opportunities to learn new skills and to grow their leadership. Advancement within the company is preferred. Just as our client business is based on referrals and long-term relationships, so it is also with our employees. Employees often stay with the company for 10 to 25 years and it is common for them to recommend us to family and friends.
